Privacy Choices
Available privacy choices and how to prepare a privacy request.
Choices currently available
- Edit your display name in Account and correct lawn information through the available lawn editing controls.
- Leave optional city or region information blank. Keep unnecessary personal information out of questions and photos.
- Use browser settings to clear local site data, understanding this may remove unsaved work and does not erase server records.
- Archiving keeps property and lawn records for later restoration; it does not delete them.
Photos and local browser data
In the guest message composer, a selected photo stays local until Send. The landing-page identification button automatically submits your chosen photo after preparation. In the signed-in coach, selection uploads the photo before Send, and Send requests AI analysis. Remove detaches the selection locally; Close clears the guest view. Neither action requests deletion of an uploaded photo or stored conversation.
Choosing to save guest results temporarily stores the visible discussion and latest confirmed photo in your browser for sign-in. You can discard that local copy; a limited recovery receipt may remain if work has started. Completing Save creates a separate account copy and leaves the original guest conversation and upload in place. The two-hour signup window is an availability limit with cleanup during app use, not a promise to physically erase bytes from a closed or suspended browser at that moment.
Clearing local browser data may remove unsaved drafts or recovery information from that browser. It does not delete server-side conversations, stored photos or your account. Signing out also does not delete those saved records.
An account-wide file library and self-service account deletion are still planned. Until the verified request process is available, this page cannot confirm a deletion request or its completion.
Privacy requests
You can email privacy questions or requests to [email protected]. This page has no request form. Reading it or opening an email or navigation link does not send a request.
The end-to-end request workflow, including acknowledgment, appropriate authentication, provider processing, and responses for access, correction, deletion, and other applicable requests, has not been verified.
Analytics, recordings, and opt-out controls
The application uses Base44 usage events. GTM, GA4, and session recordings are planned; this page does not enable them or change their settings.
A working consent/preference interface and Global Privacy Control enforcement have not been verified. No “saved,” “opted out,” or “do not sell/share” success state is presented here.
Before optional tracking or recordings are introduced, the actual tools must be disclosed and any required choice controls must be available and tested. Refusing optional tracking must be as straightforward as accepting it.
Preparing an applicable privacy request
When emailing [email protected], identify the information or account involved and whether you are asking for access, correction, deletion or another applicable right. Ask for the specific correction you want to make rather than sending unrelated personal details.
The service may need proportionate identity or authorized-agent verification for some requests. Do not send a password, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Any remaining retention exception or provider limitation should be explained rather than reported as successful erasure.
