Notice at Collection

Seed & Mow uses the following information to provide the features you choose. Read the Privacy Policy for provider disclosures and the California Privacy Notice for rights that may apply.

• Sign-in and account: name, email, and account/authentication identifiers to provide and protect account access.
• Lawn setup and saved plans: property nicknames, optional nearest city or region, lawn details, and saved observations to organize your lawn history and tailor guidance. A street address is not required in the current setup.
• Coaching and guest identification: your question, selected answers and relevant lawn/conversation context to generate and store an AI-assisted response through Base44 and downstream processing providers. Guest conversations are stored even without an account.
• Guest photos: the browser-prepared JPEG and conversation association for Base44 private storage and AI processing. A photo selected in the guest composer stays local until Send; the landing-page identification button automatically submits the photo you choose. Avoid identifiable people and private details.
• Account photos, where enabled: the prepared image and account/lawn association for AWS storage and AI processing through Base44 and downstream providers. Selecting a photo in the signed-in coach uploads it before Send; Send requests analysis.
• Saving guest results: a temporary browser copy of the visible discussion and latest confirmed photo supports sign-in. Completing Save creates a separate account discussion/photo copy; it does not delete the original guest conversation or upload.
• Usage and operations: platform/page events, completion/save events, session or account context, and technical/security records to operate, measure, and troubleshoot the service.

Retention periods or criteria for account information, lawn records, conversations, photos and operational records still need to be confirmed separately. The sale/sharing assessment and any required working opt-out link are also pending. No retention deadline or sale/sharing conclusion has been established here.

The app sets no automatic server deletion deadline for guest conversations, private uploads, saved guest results or account photos. The guest signup copy stops being available after two hours; local pruning may happen later if the browser is closed or suspended. This browser window and photo-link expiry do not set provider retention or delete server copies.

Archiving a lawn keeps its records. Close and Remove affect the local view or selection; they do not delete uploaded photos or stored conversations. Local cleanup does not erase server data, storage versions, caches, backups, or copies already processed by providers. Self-service account deletion and a file library with removal controls are still planned.

Where notice at collection is required, it must be provided at or before collection. Timely notice at sign-in, lawn forms, coaching, photo selection and any future tracking or recording has not been verified. A footer link alone may not provide timely notice.
