This is a direct build from libheif/libde265 and Emscripten sources, without the
npm libheif-js wrapper. General-purpose build tools are pinned separately and
are not part of the browser decoder artifact.

The matching corresponding-source/build/recombination package and all licenses
are available at no extra charge from the Open-source software section in the
application's Terms of Use. Retain access to the package for recipients of this version.
Application glue is covered by APP-CODE-PERMISSION.txt. No warranty; refer to
